Account deletion

Request deletion inside the AMG Security app or by email, even if the app is no longer installed.

Fastest method: inside the app

  1. Sign in to the AMG Security app.
  2. Open Account & privacy.
  3. Select Delete account, enter the confirmation word VYMAZAŤ and confirm.

Access is disabled after successful confirmation. We complete deletion within 30 days, except for data that must be retained by law or to protect legal claims.

Request without the app

Complete the fields below. The button opens your email application with a prepared request to the AMG Security app team.

Never send your password. The account email is enough to begin verification. If you no longer control that inbox, explain this in the note and we will use another proportionate verification method.

Do not include a password or any login secret.

Or email aplikacia@amgsecurity.sk directly.

What happens next

  1. We verify that the request comes from the account owner, normally through the registered email.
  2. Once verified, we block further sign-in and queue the request.
  3. Private conversations, complaints, photos, orders and profile data are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
  4. We confirm completion by email or explain any legal reason requiring limited temporary retention.

Data that may remain

We may retain limited accounting or contractual records, the record of fulfilling your deletion request, security audit records and data needed for legal claims. Access is restricted and these records are not used for normal operation of the app.

Delete specific content only

If you want to keep the account but correct or remove specific content, email aplikacia@amgsecurity.sk and identify it precisely. We will assess the request under applicable legal duties and legitimate interests.
