1. Operator and acceptance
The app is operated by AMG Security s.r.o., Lieskovská cesta 6, 960 01 Zvolen, Slovakia, Company ID 46 268 995. By signing in and using it, you confirm that you are an authorised user and agree to these terms. If you act for a client or employer, you must remain within that authority.
2. Purpose
The app supports work communication between AMG Security clients, site managers and authorised management, including complaints, service orders, quotes, documents and notifications. It does not replace emergency lines or procedures for immediate threats to life, health or property.
3. Account access
- Accounts are invitation-only and created by authorised personnel.
- Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
- Contact details must remain accurate.
- Report suspected misuse to aplikacia@amgsecurity.sk immediately.
4. Acceptable use
Use the app only for authorised work related to AMG Security services. You must not access another person’s data, bypass security, upload unlawful or harmful content, attach unnecessary personal or protected information, distribute malware, automate abuse, test other users’ passwords or use the service for unrelated marketing or private purposes.
5. Content and service actions
You are responsible for the relevance and accuracy of submitted content and for having the right to provide attachments. Messages and statuses document communication but do not independently amend the service contract. Binding commercial or delivery steps arise only through the approval described in the relevant quote, contract or confirmation.
6. Availability and updates
We aim for secure, reliable operation but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, incidents, networks and third-party services can temporarily limit access. A current app version may be required for security and compatibility.
7. Suspension and termination
AMG Security may restrict or deactivate an account when authority ends, misuse is suspected, these terms are breached, a security risk exists or the client requests it. Users can request deletion through the public account deletion page.
8. Intellectual property
The app, design, brands, text and software are protected by rights of AMG Security or its licensors. Users receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app while authorised. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering or distributing it is prohibited except where law expressly permits.
9. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent allowed by law, AMG Security is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, shared credentials, outdated devices, connectivity failures or third-party services. Contractual liability toward a client is principally governed by the relevant service agreement.

Personal data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.
11. Law and contact
Slovak law governs these terms. Parties will first seek an amicable solution, without limiting mandatory rights. Questions may be sent to aplikacia@amgsecurity.sk.
12. Changes
We may update these terms for changes in features, law or security. We will publish the effective date here and appropriately notify users of material changes.
